For this assignment we had to put three tools that we found that can support formative assessment.  The tools I used for this assignment are Explain Everything, Notability, and Kaizena.  Two of these tools are iPad apps while the other one you can use online all you need is an account! These are so many ways to assess learning, I think tools like these will motivate students and show them that they can be assessed in many different ways.

Formative Assessment Design

For this assessment we were asked to come up with a digital assessment that we could use in class.  My topic of choice was how I could contract a series of digital assessments that would help students after they have taken a  grammar test to sharpen their skills.  The assessments I would use in class would help students build up better grammar skills in order to do better on future grammar tests.

Critical Review

For this assignment we had to analyze one of our assessments. I had to look at the readings for the week and critique my assessment based on those articles. I had to show what type of assessment I was analyzing and then look critically at what was done right and what I would do differently. I also had to make recommendations to my colleagues as to what we cold do differently in the future if we were to require this assignment.
